a. Eligibility: You must have your CNIC / B.Form with 13 digit number to book an appointment on our website as your CNIC / B.Form No is required for login account.
b. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the appointment booking process.
c. Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed only after successful payment and in Appointment Record tab your Booking Status should be Confirmed.
a. Cancellation Policy: If Appointments canceled by concerned hospital/doctor then your 100% fee will be refund to you, 10% bank charges will not be deducted. If Appointments canceled by you 24 hours before time of appointment, then your 90% fee will be refund to you, 10% bank charges will be deducted. If Appointments canceled by you within 24 hours of time of appointment, then no refund will be offered.

b. Communication: By using our services, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and other communications via email or SMS.
a. Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may disrupt the website's functionality or compromise the security of our services.
