1.1 Cancellation by User: If you choose to cancel your appointment, the refund policy is as follows:
1.2 Cancellation by Hospital/Doctor: If the appointment is canceled by the concerned hospital or doctor, 100% refund will be provided to the user & 10% bank charges will not be deducted.
2.1 To request a refund, users must contact our customer support team by visiting Contact Us page. and provide the necessary details, including the appointment reference number.
2.2 Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the appointment booking.
3.1 Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as technical errors, double booking, or other circumstances deemed valid by AsHelper (SMC) PVT LTD.
4.1 We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
